We have noticed that sometimes we cannot communicate by e-mail with visitors interested in information or trying to register in our conference management system. We notice that some e-mail providers black-list our servers, which causes messages to bounce. In other cases, we suspect that overly aggressive spam filters and related tools prevent messages from reaching their destination, often discarding mail silently.

Providers with real or suspected problems

You might have to contact technical support if you are a user of one of the providers listed below and you do not receive any messages from us, especially the confirmation message when creating an account in the conference management system.

• mail.ru: blacklists our servers, despite the request to accept messages

• ysn.ru: refuses mail because of problems with inverse dns lookup
• rediffmail.com: seems to discard our messages.
