Registration for the 30th ICRC
The registration system for the 30th ICRC is now on-line. Participants who pre-registered previously should have received additional instruction by e-mail. If you didn't receive your instructions, please contact us at icrc2007@icrc2007.unam.mx.
Note: The registration and payment application has to be able to set cookies and to execute javascript in your web browser. Please make sure that these features are enabled before entering the registration pages.
Note: The registration system is separate from the abstract and paper handling and has its own accounts. Pre-registered participants should have received a notification with their account information. Other participants will have to create a new account.
Payment
The payment of the registration fees can be done on-line or by bank transfer. Online payment, handled through PayPal, is integrated into the registration system, and can be done by credit card or from an account at PayPal. For payment by bank transfer, you have to deposit the conference fee into the following account:

The registration fee includes the complete set of proceedings on CD-ROM, hardcopy proceedings of the invited/highlight/rapporteur sessions, a conference bag, and ticket to the Welcome Reception. (The student price includes neither hardcopy proceedings nor final CD-ROM) To submit contribution papers, the delegates are required to register before their submission.
Additional copies of the CD-ROM proceedings and printed copies of the contributed paper volumes can be purchased. Prices and the deadline will be posted later in the 30th ICRC Web site. You are required to order those copies through a registration Web page linked from the 30th ICRC Web site. Your additional CD-ROMs and printed copies will be mailed to you.
The registration of an accompanying person includes the admission to the welcome cocktail, the participation in the conference dinner, a courtesy bag with information, and the following excursions:
- A 2-hour guided tour of the city of Mérida
- A visit to the nearby archeological site of Dzibichaltun
- A visit to the museums Macay, to the Anthropological Museum in the Canton Palace, and to the famous Colon icecream parlor.
- A tour to the Hacienda Sotuta de Peón.
Financial Support
Limited funds may be available to provide partial support to those who otherwise would be unable to attend the conference. Participants who can demonstrate that they require support to attend the conference should apply via e-mail to the conference secretariat at icrc2007@icrc2007.unam.mx. Applications have to be received not later than February 28, 2007. Late applications will not be considered.
Applications for financial support must be well justified. They should describe what specific contributions the applicant plans to make to the conference. A brief list of recent publications, research interests and position held should also be included. Applicants should describe what other sources of funding would be available to them, since any support which can be provided by the organising committee will not be sufficient by itself to cover the entire conference cost.
